About the project
Mirador del Valle is a delivered community of eighteen residences on a high plateau in La Guácima, with unbroken views east over the Central Valley and west to the Carpintera range. The project was completed in late 2024 and is now fully inhabited, with three resales currently available through the developer.
Architecture is quiet and horizontal — single-story volumes clad in local stone, with glass walls that disappear into pocket cavities to extend the living rooms into covered terraces and pools. Every residence sits on a private lot of no less than one thousand square meters.
The community includes a members-only clubhouse with gym and spa, equestrian facilities, and a 2-kilometer walking loop within the boundary. Located twenty minutes from Juan Santamaría International Airport.
