Villa Nogal

Villa Nogal is a boutique community of six villas in Pozos, Santa Ana, completed and fully sold in mid-2025. The project is now a reference in small-footprint residential development in the valley — an intimate courtyard model, tightly planted mature trees, and shared open space in what would have otherwise been surface parking.

Though no units remain for sale, the developer maintains a waitlist for future resales. Interested parties may register for notification when a resale becomes available.

The architecture is characterized by its use of walnut timber — in cabinetry, in ceiling beams, in the window frames — from which the community takes its name. A rare example in the Central Valley of residential architecture that ages with its material choices.
